Salaried GP
Following steady growth of our patient lists, we now need to add another Salaried GP to join our team of diagnosticians including five doctors and three Nurse Practitioners. The caseload is mixed, attending to a younger than average patient list and to unregistered walk-in patients, at our modern practice in the central Peterborough Area. This is a key appointment to help us shape and innovate services within the changing commissioning landscape. It will give the right candidate plenty of scope for personal growth and development, potentially taking on significant responsibility within a short period after joining us. It is a significant and pivotal role requiring an exceptional doctor, and bringing excellent rewards.

Nurse Practitioner (Band 7) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8)
We are big believers in the value that an experienced and confident Nurse Practitioner can bring to the practice. A reduction in hours by one of our existing ANP's and increasing patient lists at both of our practices creates a need for another member to expand our excellent existing team. Working largely autonomously alongside our GP's, the successful candidate will look after a wide range of cases, including minor illness and minor injury. They will also make a major contribution to a QOF score which we will ensure remains high in the 95-100% range.
There is a good deal of flexibility in the work time we could accommodate since we would like to be able to offer Nurse Practitioner appointments from 08.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs 365 days of the year. We are therefore open to candiates who want to work between 20 to 37.5 hours a week.
Medical Secretary
We are currently hiring for a part-time medical secretary at our Botolph Bridge Surgery in Sugay Way. The post is for approximately 15-20 hours a week. If you are interested please send a CV to the Practice manager at the Surgery.
